La Vida Buena is an older structure building community. When we moved in it was primarily Seniors living here. From what I have heard has gone through some challenges in the past, but what community hasn't. I feel comfortable here and intend to be here for some time. I feel some what safe here I am able to leave doors open at night with peace of mind, granted I am on an upper floor. Courtyard is musical in the afternoon with singing birds and children at play. I enjoy the indoor pool in the evening and some times the spa. Not many places in ABQ with the charm of La Vida Buena. LV is worth checking it out. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
