Apartment Reviews for Ladera Vista - Albuquerque

My wife and I made a great choice with this complex. It's a quiet place that we love to come home to. We moved in about 3 months ago and have loved being here.

I am a previous tenant of Ladera Vista Apartments. I had to move out of state because of a tranfer with my job. I lived at this complex for 2 years and very happy. I had a few issues about a year ago, but when the new company took over, all my conserns were addressed. After that it was great. I was sad to leave, but had to go for work. I highly recommend Ladera Vista. On top of having a great complex, it was one of the only places in Albuquerque that would take my larger dog. That was a big plus in my book!

My brother and I moved into this complex about 6 months ago. It's been a good place to far. It's a new place so we don't have any maintenance issues and the whole place is really clean. Our lease is ending soon and we have already decided to stay.

I recently move into my new apartment here. I found it looking on line because I moved here from out of state. Everything was just as it showed in the pictures- beautiful! I'm very happy with my choice!
