Apartment Reviews for Lucaya House - Albuquerque

Well I just decided that I would write a review for where I live since I couldn't be more happier with my apartment living! My complex is gated and has permit parking so I always have a place to park which is great for the area! I am very close to downtown alb where I can get alot done and since its so close I can walk there and save some money on gas!! My kids go to a great school and there is a few parks near by!! The management and maintenance teams are very prompt and friendly!

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment on Spruce!! Its right across the street from a huge beautiful park!! I work at pres so it is in a wonderful location for my job!! It is within walking distance from work, shopping, school and downtown and very close to bus routes!!!! I really like the park it has a lot of green areas and a great playground and its large enough to get my walking in at night!!! The apartment I live in was recently remodeled and it is so huge!! The layout is perfect and the cute little courtyard area with pond is just so adorable I love sitting out there with my kids reading a book just relaxing when the weather permits!!! The landlords are very nice and take care of their tenants and the property very well!! I hope to stay here till I can buy a house!! This apartment is just perfect for me and my little family!!! My neighbors are great also!!

Hello potential renters!! Let me just say I have rented from a whole bunch of different rental companies in my days and UNM rentals is by far the best yet!! I really like the size of the property I live on there are very few units I would say less than 20!! The property is cozy and semi private! I like it and my neighbors are all very friendly!!!!! The people in the rental office are always nice to me and my family!!! I am almost done with school and sad to know we are going to be moving out of state soon but if I ever have to move back to new Mexico I will be renting from UNM rentals!!!!

My name is Val and it amazes me that my landlords know my name and address every time I walk into the office with all the tenants they have! The office staff has be so great since day one and that was 3 years ago!!!! I have lived in my apartment on Lead & Terrace for a lil over 3 years and I love it!! Whenever I have a maintenance request it always gets fixed in a very timely manner!! I love my neighbors they are all so friendly and the neighborhood I live in is just great!! If your looking for an apartment check out UNM rentals you wont be disappointed!!!!! LO LO LO LOOOOOBOOOOOSSSS

I have lived in my apartment for about a yr and 1/2! The apartment I live in on maple is huge for the price I pay. I really like the court yard being right outside my porch!! The swimming pool is open year round and is always clean! I have never really had any issues with the office staff or maintenance people! They do get any issues resolved in a timely manner! I just registered for CNM and it's great to be within walking distance of the campus! If u are looking for something in the university area I strongly recommend checking these apartments!!

Happy Camper no more!!! Now happy tenant! I was living in my camper but finally found a NICE apartment at a reasonable price!! I love apartment on Lead & Terrace. I have been here for about 6 months and now am renewing my lease for another year and my rent went down! WOW nice to be saving some money every month or rent! This area is great cuz its within walking distance to everything!!! Grounds are kept clean, nice laundy room on site!!! and the construction is almost done so this makes it soooooo much better! Move here if u can its GRRREeeeaaaaattt!!!!

I am a perfectionist and had to find an apartment that was clean, friendly and a safe location! WIth these requirements I thought i would not be able to find anything I could afford since I'm on a tight budget being a single mother of 2!! But i found the place off of Spruce and Coal that is the perfect fit for us! Management was very helpful finding me what i wanted! There is a court yard with a pond and a lovely park across the street where my kids and I can play and walk!! It is close to downtown and the city bus! I LOVE MY APARTMENT

I HAVE LIVED IN MY APARTMENT ON TIJERAS AND ASH FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS! AND JUST HAVE TO SAY I AM REALLY LIKING THE QUIETNESS OF THE AREA!! I AM A STUDENT ON A BUDGET AND ITS CLOSE TO UNM, AND THIS MAKES IT AN AWESOME LOCATION AND ITS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FOR SHOPPING, EATING, ENTERTAINMENT AND BUS ROUTES! I CAN SEE MYSELF STAYING HERE TILL IM DONE WITH SCHOOL ITS SO PERFECT FOR ME!!

I have lived here for almost 4 yrs. It is a prime location and being single I feel very safe here. The gated communnity and laundry facilities make it ideal. It is a quiet friendly community. The maint. personnal is quick to respond I have never had to wait more then 2 or 3 days.
