My husband and I have been living here for nearly a year. The office staff/maintenance have always been friendly and quick to respond to our concerns. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Our apartment was in good condition when we moved in.

There have been extensive repairs on plumbing this year, but we have always been notified in advance and they have stuck to their schedule.

Although there have been a few incidents that involved the police, in general we feel very safe here and have not personally had or heard of any problems.

We like the diversity of our community. Our neighbors are friendly and respectful.
