Review for Mission Hills Apartments

I just terminated my lease at Mission Hill Apatments because it is managed horrible and the office staff is incompetent. The office staff lost my rent check twice in 6 months and was trying to charge me twice when it was their fault. They cashed both checks and never credited it to my account. When this was brought to their attention they were not apologetic but rude instead. When I moved out they refused to give me my deposit, everytime I called to inquire about it they kept telling me it was in the mail. I haven't received it to this day and I moved out 60 days ago. The noise level here is also horrible, a night didn't go by when I didn't hear one of my neighbors either yelling at their kids or fighting with one another. More than twice I returned home to see an apartment in my building taped off with yellow police tape and surrounded my APD. It is definitely not safe. I would not recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy.
