Not Bad But Needs Work

Over all not bad. Personnel - not professional in attire or manners. Security - where are they? Landscape - not bad, could use some updating. Maintenance and cleaning of apartments needs alot of help. Flooring cracked and not installed right. Cleaning really bad. Fencing around patios need repair.
