Rented: From 2003 To 2005

I have lived at Pinewood Estates in a 1 bedroom, 1 den apartment for 2 years and I love it. My apartment has high vaulted ceilings, a balcony, a large bathroom, and a fireplace. It's almost 1000 sq ft for only $500 a month, and they pay for water! I can't believe that my rent is so low. The security guards are wonderful. I rented a house before living here and I prefer my apartment. I also lived at La Privada Apartments, which cost a lot more and weren't nearly as nice.
