Rented: From 2005 To 2006

I've lived here for a couple of years and am now planning to move. they do not have security like they say. every couple of months they'll stick some one up front for the night to pretend to be security only after someone complains of a break in. My car has been broken in to twice. My new downstairs neighbor is a drug dealer. the apartment is nice but they cut down the bushes by the freeway and you can now hear it at night the plumbing for the last year has been off and on and they rip you off with gas. you pay them directly for it and they can charge you whatever they want for it. the apartment however is nice and affordable very roomy. oh I've spoken to other tenants and although dishwashers run they do not clean they are old as hell and do not work. the girl in the office is really nice the land lady I realize is only mean because she wants her money but has no human relations skills.
