We have put up with this place for too long. Maintenance never shows up when you request for water leaks, electrical problems, etc, etc, etc. When we moved in the carpets were old, stained and there was a 2 inch gap between the wall and the carpet. The linoleum was cut and stained in the bathrooms and kitchen, and the dishwasher is from the 1970's. They don't place padding under the carpets so if you are a bottom resident you will be be awakened at all hours of the night with noise from the upstairs tenants. They never spray the apartments. So, basically you get what you pay for.
