Apartment Review for Pinewood Estates

We have lived here 3 yrs.Security-what security? When you have a maintence problem, you call, they show up when they want, jerry-rig the problem and tell you they will be back.The office girl is nice, Mary is well.... Hot water is non-exsistant,people used to get free dryers in the laundry room,they weren't free people you paid for that in your gas bill.The complex it looks nice, they hire out for that.
