Review for Presidio Apartments

You name it !!! Noise is a - 1 on a scale from 1 to 5 and continues from early morning tell late at night almost NON STOP.The atmosphere of safty is nonexsistant.It is (ABSOLUTLY) horrifing to live here.My wife sleeps with a shot gun near the doors and windows often.She wedges a cabnit in front of the door several nights a week and sleeps in a nearby corner.Many substandard cheap appliences,the single loose dead bolt is a joke Roaches crawl inside our sheets which scury under the bed when uncovered,cracks under doors,dirty toliet water leaks on floor from poorly trained maintenance worker.Brown Sewage has leaked from the ceiling.There is Dog crap smashed about the grounds,staff members are rude and indifferent.RUN LIKE HELL & DON'T LOOK BACK.Absolutly the worst place i have EVER lived.Renter turnover seems very high.We have seen empty apartments,many seem to remain empty.Moving trucks come and go like cabs on Wall St. OTS
