Review for Presidio Apartments

I couldn't believe these other reviews by people. I assume that these are bogus claims by people who have not actually lived here. I am a 20 something and thought that these apartments are wonderful. The staff is actually very nice. Whenever I go in to the office to pay my rent they always know my name, my dogs name, and know my apartment number. Every month they hand out monthly announcements of that month's events. In the six months I've lived there they've had two meet and greets. Everyone here is nice, always says hello and the older people are friendly. I have never seen any roaches. The bug sprayers are scheduled to come every week. If you've ever had a problem they would have the apartment sprayed that week. They have freshly baked cookies in the lobby everyday along with other pastries and coffee. They have a communal computer in the lobby as well. They even have a small library where you can check out books or DVDs!! The pool was just renovated and there is a gym. The maintenance men, inspecially the head guy, is really nice, always working hard, and when my air conditioner broke it was fixed within 36 hours of my claim. There is a no weight limit for dogs so a lot of people including myself have large breeds. They installed Potty-Ports with baggies and trash disposal and there is hardly ever any messes left on the beautiful grass. The parking is great. I always find a place very near my place. They also provide covered parking for extra. I don't think that there is anything wrong with place. I believe that it is worth to pay the extra money to live in such an extra nice place. I love this place and would hate to move.
