Review for Presidio Apartments

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone I consider a friend or acquaintance. Where do I start? Instead of paying to turn this into a gated complex, they decided to paint the exterior a horrible brown color. I've heard from several tennants about vandalism to their vehicles.

Noise. Do not live on a bottom floor, cause you will hear everything that goes on upstairs. The walls are super thin, and I have heard more than I needed to by living here.

I have seen roaches on the property on many occasions. I don't eat on my balcony or leave food out there, but I can find roaches chillin in my chairs outside.

The staff appears nice, but it is all superficial. They can't possilbly know the names of the residences, cause the staff is constantly changing. They are difficult to work with, and they hide behind their contracts.

I am counting down the days to when I no longer have to live in one of the worst managed complexes I've ever lived in.
