Apartment Review for Riverwalk La Paz

It seems as if all improvements here are merely cosmetic: pool area, office building, new paint...all brown, which is kind of dismal. Residents are no longer allowed to put up privacy screens on their patios and balconies, even those facing south and west. This means the patio can't be used most of the day from April through September because of heat and bright light, even though the balcony footage is included in the stated living area of the apartment. The office staff is friendly and I've never had to ask for a maintenance problem to be addressed more than once. I think the owners need to learn to compromise with residents on the balcony/patio issue: both want the place to look nice but not at the expense of individual choice and comfort.
