Apartment Review for Sedona Ridge

Looks nice from the outside and that's about it. The management is horrible I've lived here for 9 months now and since I've moved in they have shut the water in complex off for over 24 hours without prior warning, leading many residents to stay else where for the night as well as allowing maintenance into my apartment without notifying me first. You never get a straight answer out of them and they are so rude. The complex also advertises having "security" at night... What a joke it's an overweight man on a bicycle wearing a cop Halloween uniform. The security officer doesn't secure much ex: there has been a stabbing as well as an assault since I've moved in, security hasn't stopped cars from being stolen or stop drunk couples from fighting in the parking lot at 2am but he comes around when my neighbors below me are partying on a Wednesday night to tell them to have fun and don't worry about the noise. Sedona ridge looks good for the low prices but save your money it's not worth it. Currently they have roped off 1/3 of the complex's parking lot for construction, so there is absolutely no parking and residents are parking in surrounding neighborhoods and walking to their apartment because the geniuses that work in the office didn't realize that the complex doesn't provide enough extra space, oh and the construction will last all month, this is not only dangerous but bull s*** to everyone who pays rent and signed a lease promising parking. Do yourself a favor stay away from this place
