Nice Part Of Town

The apartments are in a nice part of town and they are on there own street, so you don't have to worry about traffic just to take out the trash. There is a police sub-station about two blocks from the apartments and there are two grocery stores and a Wal-Mart a block away too. But if you want something fixed, you will probably have to wait. Our apartment leaked badly on both floors more then once in the same spot. This resulted in drywall bubbles on the ceiling, carpet coming out, and the linoleum pealing away. It has never been fixed. The management staff is not on-site on a regular basis, but they do there best. The appliances in our apartment were very outdated, but the owner is fixing up the apartments nicely now.
