Apartment Reviews for Summit Apartments, The - Albuquerque

The summit apartments are fairly nice: the apartments are huge and the grounds are well kept and its quiet most all the time. The location is also really great as far as access to the highways and UNM, but since its on a major road it gets really loud and hard to leave the complex due to traffic jams on indian school rd. The rent is really high for apartments in this area and there are lots of elderly people living here so its really hard to have more then a few people in your apartment without getting into trouble. Also, the place looks like a retirement home on the inside!! Another thing that bothered me while living here was the four car break ins that occured within one month...I would reccomend finding a cheaper apartment not located on such a major road right off the highways because the high rent isnt worth it. <P>
