Apartment Review for Sun Village Apartments

The only plus is the apartments are bright and exterior is always clean. And security is very nice and attentive to their duties.
But the negatives are endless. I have lived here for four years and it only gets worse. Yes the walls are very thin, so are floors separating units. The complex has more college type problems with drunk fools and partiers ever since strong advertising geared toward this demographic. You can hear all the comings and goings of your neighbors. I feel like I live in a dormitory.
Maintenance people are usually rude, especially the head guy. He will make you feel like you are eating his time and guilty for what needs to be fixed. They can't even keep track of their work, ana will get mad at you when you talk to them about what had ben fixed and what hasn't.
The manager is questionable. She reassures you and listens, or she talks about how hard she works and tries to make you feel sorry for her to distract you from your complaint or problem.

Sun village is very pretty, inside and out . But dont be fooled by the cover. If you want privacy and a quiet place to relax, this is not the place. If you want to party with your neighbors day and night, then this is the place for you.
