Before you decide to sign a lease here..just take a look at prime reality..this is a 3 billion dollar corporation and does not practice ethical decision making in any context. Basically they do not care about any residents or resident issue..simply they want to take your money and not provide any service in return. If this property still interests you just look deeper into how much you will really be paying each month..initially they will fail to give you information about the total cost until after you have already signed the lease and you realize you are not only paying for your neighbors lights, and there neighbors lights but you are also paying for a onsite gym, which nothing works in. Not to mention the police are constantly at the retreat and if your lucky you may even catch the us marshals taking away your neighbor. Basically the management are complete liars and cannot be counted on for anything, they cannot even add correctly. Oh, there are 3 positives to this place, the maintenance workers are great and get things fixed either the same day or the following, the landscaping is beautiful besides the workers living at the property or at least working from dusk till dawn, and the best positive is you don't have to worry about getting your mailbox key from the post office because most likely your mailbox is already broken open and your neighbor has the key.
