I am currently a tenant of the Retreat and I can't wait until my lease is over. I have put up with the horrible management staff for more then 2 years and foolishly signed a 1 year extension for lack of time to search for a new place.
We recently had some rain, the water ended up inside of the apartment and stained the walls, it's been about 3 days now since we've reported this and we've had no one come check on the damage.
This is the worst management staff I've ever worked with, no returned calls, poor service, and multiple overcharges that are never explained. I am sick and tired and will do all I can to spread the message... you don't want to rent here.
