The so called management couldn't give two shits less about the tenants who live here. Maintenance issues are never taken care of, it's like they don't even let their maintenance team of like five or six know of your reported problem. Also they put notes on your door threatening eviction before they even investigate a complaint. They over charge for utilities, I pay more for electric to the complex than I do PNM. They didn't even tell me they charged extra utilities until two months after I moved in. They are the most unprofessional management team I have ever seen. If I didn't have to pay a fine for early lease termination I would move out today. If you want to live i a nice community where you are well taken care of, DO NOT MOVE HERE.
