Terrible Place!

I moved in because the apartment complex allows pets. I have a 50 pound dog so it was a relief to move into a place like this, or so I thought. My neighbor was reporting me nonstop for my dog barking and me letting him loose and running "rampant" (neither of which my dog did). More and more reports ensued, and the managers did not investigate but rather threatened to evict me. The carpet is in terrible condition, when I moved in there were cigarette burns everywhere, the walls were chipped, the drawers constantly fall out in the kitchen, the oven does not work, the fridge is ancient and extrudes some goo/seepage, the bathroom is moldy, and nothing is done. Also, parking is awful. I would not recommend this complex at all. There are tenants that get drunk every night, scream and yell but don't get reported. I on the other hand, am very quiet yet get reported at the drop of a hat. Screw this place.
