If you are mentally ill or have alcohol and substance abuse problems, and like cockroaches, you will love it here. Nothing is enforced and you will be able to do what you want. If not, avoid this place, it has more problems than the management can possibly handle. The police show up at least once a week, or the coronor/medical examiner if an elderly person dies. You will have responsibiltiy for any needy neighbors, and must address the crime problems on your own. Only the very old, isolated, naive, and hard of hearing will find this a nice place to live. I have never lived in a community with so many problems.
