Apartment Review for Villa Del Oso

The price is good here but the apartments are aged and a walk around the property shows this. The gas is paid-a nice feature since the heating and range are gas. A big problem has been noticable vandalism and theft (both vehicle and home) on this property. This problem is compounded by the fact that the office staff shows little concern about this problem. If there were any securty and the units were fixed up better this would be a 5 star-yet older place to live. <P>
