Apartment Review for Villa Del Oso

While I think the pricing for a 2 bed 2 bath and large sized apartment is great, it's the horrors of trying to find a parking space after 6:30 pm, vandelism of cars and property. Graffiti covered vehicles on site that is a huge turn off. Management has hired a security guard and I have yet to seen them on premises. Neighbors moving in are mostly young people in their 20's. No respect for neighbors, stomping up stairways, slamming doors, late night partys, yelling and fighting at late hours of the night outside on patios or parking lots. This apartment complex has a lot to offer but with its low pricing it's starting to atract the wrong element. <P>
