management responses to noise,party, fighting is we will have to give 3 day notice! But the problem why are we still have these problems, management will not work with you even in times of hardship, they threating with eviction and will not work with you even if your under contract. Bad turn over problem with leasing agent, maint! Apt upkeep would be consistant if they can hire people that will go the distance. Allways pushing marketing tactics for rent ahead due date, like 25.00 off rent. Have had 2 cars stolen from parking stucture and window broken, so you take it for what it is worth
