Review for Wyoming Place Aparments Apartments

Within a few weeks, right across from my door literally I ended up being harassed by someone named Bobby Gatz who management took forever to ban and eventually evicted his girlfriend, but not after sending me a notice based on his false claim that I was harassing him giving me such and such number of days to stop harassing their residents (yes plural).

1) The place is a noisy hell with sources of noise from all over:

2) The refridgerator (which ironically when on cancels out the droning tone from two apartments nearby which starts at about 1 am and lasts till 6). The manager' suggestion? That I wear earplugs (and that's what $500 a month gets me?)

3) No one hardly picks up the trash, rather once a week they have mexican ignoramuses who delibarately make triple passes pointlessly blow debri all over the place, including in my eyes.

4) My air conditioner is very loud

5) You can hear people and traffic through the doors windows and walls

6) The window rattles when traffic goes by

7) Stupid showoffs both on the street and in the parking lot with no lives often blast their engines and stereo.

8) A stupid icecream truck comes by every sunny day almost with its annoying song

9) Stupid residents above me, one of them ws doing jumping jacks or something and wouldn't respond the first time to my knocks and to none of my banging on the ceiling, when she finally opened the door she looked me up and down and said nothing, dumb and unfriendly.

10) This place is full of unhospitable people who are reluctant to give you simple help.

11) The new manager is much friendlier than the stupid other one, who was so stupid she thought my dove was a vulture. Although the new manager needs to keep a tigher reign on her tongue since one time she insulted me saying that I was weirding people out, which is why they were complaining against me. Actually it turned out to be Bobby Gatz and his lying buddy who still lives upstairs, Chris, who were making up false complaints against me, OOPS! Bad to assume things huh? A former resident who came into my apartment drunk, ruined my artwork, refused to leave when I asked him to, and who forced me to walk him home, named James, who STILL WORKS AT WHOLE FOODS IN NORTH TOWNE PLAZA in albuquerque despite my having told his manager what happened, whose director falsely claimed to the police that I was harassing their employees, who claimed Whole Foods owned the whole plaza, whose security guard assaulted me, got the police to ban me from that plaza. Thanks James the liar and butch lesbian director of Whole Foods who hates Christians! (She was hostile as well towards me for making a short critique about their unicru employment test, I basically said it had a few christian unfriendly questions, and as I said her response was to lie, say, "You don't know us" and have the guard follow me around the store, and not even comment about my test critique, but merely hold it in front of me, and then snatch it away abd put it in her pocket as I reached for it (thinking she was giving it back to me).

The area is also dust and has a goathead problem. So, if you bike around that area you'll need to put slime in your tires.

There apartment area is also infested with cockroackes because the garbage dumps don't close well and people leave them open. At night you can't sit around anywhere outside there without a cockroach approaching you.

I also found my filter hadn't been replaced and was packed with dust, and the ceiling vents were painted shut. I cleaned one out and black mold-like dust came out. I didn't bother trying to open the other two as it was a hellish task.

There was also a whole in the door of one of the rooms which explained why a mirror was strangely placed over the outside of it.

The maintance hasn't bothered, nor the manager to fix the door insulation which clearly and visibly hangs down over my door.

The walkway is ugly in between the apartments and cracked.

There is a flooding problem in one section making it hard for me to bike sometimes.

It's not a good place.
