Review for Wyoming Place Aparments Apartments

I will begin by saying that I have lived here for over 4 years, but mostly due to financial convenience. My rent was always affordable up until about a year ago when they raised my rent close to $150 in order to have the same "market rate" as the MUCH nicer apartments across the street that have washers and dryers in the units, which these do not. Total BS. The maintenance men are nice, but it takes an eternity to get anything fixed, if it's fixed at all. The management is shady and has changed god knows how many times. There are domestic disturbances all the time the police are here at least one a week that I notice. Beware if you have children because there are drug deals that take place in broad daylight in the parking lot. My advice, think twice before moving in here and submit all maintenance requests in writing and keep copies. These are very old apartments with severe leaks and flooding problems, and crappy carpet with glass and uneven concrete underneath.
