I'm really unsure what all these people are talking about.. Well I moved in march of 2011 and haven't had a single issue. I think maybe there was poor management before and now it's improved. I have no clue what these people are talking about.. Black goop on walls? Glass in carpet?? UMMM maybe you live like a filthy animal.. like a pig maybe? lol how else would you have black stuff on your walls. Don't blame the apartments for your filthy living habits. I really enjoy it here. Only one scum bag that lives around me but I just ignore him. He likes to yell and slam his door at his poor mother (he's 30 years old) lol. oh well, i'm enjoying it here. been here a year and i'll be here another year. :)

The apartment has lots of space! I couldn't believe the square footage for the amount of rent, alot of other complexes are asking more for less space. I've shopped around the NE Heights area for months before I finally found something I really liked, Wyoming Place apartments is a great community and the staff has been very helpful in the process of my move they offer good move in specials and are very professional. I would recommend Wyoming Place to any searching for a nice apartment for an affordable price.
