Very Rude Management no internet no phone signal, ( over a year ago )

Hi All,
I stayed in D building, you will not get a phone signal here ( AT&T), the only internet provider for this building is Qwest and it gives 256 kbps where as the same company gives 1 MBPS in J building.
The management lady is very rude, she forgets that she is just a worker there and imagines herself to be sole owner and treats every resident very rude.
The new rule put by lady " you have to stay alone in a 2 bedroom apt and you cannot get anyone else to stay"
Guys and girls if you do not want trouble then stay away from these mad management.
