Apartment Reviews for Windscape - Hobbs

I have lived in Windscape for 2 1/2 years. I have never felt unsafe for myself or my property. The parking is ample and I have had very few problems with finding a spot. The outside appearance of the units and grounds are excellent. The Maintenance staff are very responsive and usually fix issues within 24 hours of reporting them. Both units I have rented have had some minor quality issues, cheap carpet that needs to be stretched every 8 months or so, and the cabinets, doors and fixtures are basic apartment stock. The noise level is not a problem with my building. Some noise is heard when the person upstairs uses the facilities, but other than that I have no other concerns. The clubhouse, fitness facility, movie room and pool/foosball area are excellent. They offer free dvd checkouts which could use some updating on the selection. The only problem I have had is with the property management company I rent the unit through, PMR. They screwed me on my deposit when I moved from a 2BR to 1BR apartment. Overall I would recommend Windscape to anyone. Remember it is Hobbs, NM after all.
