Stay away from Park Place. The complex looks good, but that is all they care about.

Once you sign that contract, they ignore your problems and harass your PARENTS when your rent is late! My cell phone number was on file, but they call and scare my mom instead?! That shit is low, even for them. All I've heard since I've been here is bad news. No hot water for months at a time from one guy: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff39272.htm

Another thing is billing. They lose your checks and make you pay 50 dollars on top of the $525-$800 you are already pay a month.

These guys just suck.
