Review for Park Place Apartments

I was tricked by the beautiful environment and spacious apartments. The apartments themselves are nice for the price, but the management is AWFUL! We have had many run-ins with them, including: *Sprinkler systems malfunctioning *MULTIPLE waterline shut-downs all day long *Cockroaches *"Year-round" Swimming pool being closed from December-April *Multiple attempts for maintenence requests *Unfriendly staff *Confusion about a rent check and possible eviction notices *Swamp coolers finally being turned on many weeks after the hot weather began *Office staff contradicting the Postman about a lost package he left with them (still under investigation)

Please do not allow yourself to suffer as we did.
