Review for Park Place Apartments

This apartment complex is a nightmare. Me and my roomate have had a lot of problems and i will list some of them here: -The aparment was dirty when we moved in, even though the office claimed to have cleaned. -Weve had three large female black widow spiders inhabiting our proch and front door -on the day we moved in, the cupboards were broken and the maintenance said they would come by and fix it, two months later the cupboards are still not fixed - there are constant bird feathers coming out of the air conditioner/ventelation system, and an often disgusting smell -there is a cockroach problem -the aparment was in a state of disrepair on move-in day, the mirrors were broken and still are because the management has not gotten around to replacing them -the pool is hardly ever cleaned and has worms in it alot I would not recommend anybody to live in this apartment building.
