Review for Regency Pointe Apartments

I'm not going to go off on an angry tyrade. There are a few simple reasons I would never rent here again.

1. BAD maintenance! I had to call multiple times (not that much was done) because absolutly EVERYTHING breaks cause it's so old. I once had the walls leak and no one EVER came to check it.
2. SAFETY. Although I never was a victim of crime, or saw much, it made me quite uncomfortable that the lights on the walkways were ALWAYS burned out. And some walkways didn't even have lights!
3. You can hear absolutly everything if anyone outside is talking. I could hear EVERY word of a conversation at the pool one night, and I live on the 3rd floor.

All in all, I wouldn't pay $780 for this quality of apartment again; there are many more quality apartments that cost half as much. Not a horrible place to live, but not recomended by any means.
