Review for Regency Pointe Apartments

Noise is a problem -- the accoustics of the place are terrible. With the way that noise travels, you can hear virtually everything that your neighbors do on their balcony and everything that happens in the parking lot.

Also, the new property manager seems inexperienced and irresponsible. Things have gone downhill since she took over.

Maintenance is good for little things, but not the bigger ones. For example, the wood underneath my kitchen counter was eroding (and growing mold) because a pipe inside the wall leaked midway through my tenancy. I notified management, which concluded that the counter would have to be replaced. This did not happen in my remaining months, and I cannot say if the situation is even currently fixed.
