Rented: From 2007 To 2008

The apartments are old and falling apart. Electrical issues, plumming issues, appliance issues and water leaks causing problems in every bath I saw. The bath exhaust fans have no external vents, they just blow into the ceiling. Windows are single pane, and most carpets are rotting. For what you get the price is way to high and the fines for everything are out of control.
