Review for The Pavilions At South Fork Apartments

Where do I start??? They are the worst management I have ever had. There is absoloutly no regard for tenants. All they care about is how much money can they get out of you.

1- Fasle advertisment: They tell you that they have free internet. I had it for the first 2 weeks when I first moved and then I stoped getting the signal. When I asked what was wrong with it, they said you can get the signal by the pool. ( basically if you want to use the internet go to the pool area)

2- Theater: the theater hours are 9-6 M thru F and 10-4 on Saturday . That's gotta be a joke. These are the hours where people go to school or work. So, I have never used it.

3- Management is nasty: the second day after I moved in, I mentioned that there were dark spots that were abviously originated in walk ways or next to sofas. When I pointed that, they told me that the spots/dis-coloration of the carpet were not there. I told them that I just moved in yesterday, I was told " you would be surprised what people do in 1 day".

4- All the news letters that go to all apartments are (DONT orelse)
5- No matter what the circumstances are, if you decide to move out before the lease ends, you MUST PAY THE FULL LEASE AMOUNT, not a month rent, THE FULL LEASE. ( AND NO YOU CAN NOT SUBLEASR IT).
6- You can not install a dish unless someone from the management is present( good luck scheduling a cable company and the management at the same time)It took me about a month to get the dish service into my apartment.
6- Maintinance guys are nice!
7- If you don't believe me, read their contract ( about 4-5 pages double-sided)
8- Pool is closed most of the time. Very limited hours.
9- Parking is far from apartments.

Sorry for the long comments. trust me there is more, but I think that's enough.

I agree 100 percent. I wish I'd read these before I moved in. Now I'm screwed for another nine months.
