There is no provision for breaking the lease; you have to pay the final month's rent in advance and in the final month, you have to vacate the apartment by the 24th, so you're paying a full month's rent for three weeks' occupancy.

The list of rules is a mile long and they harass you like a misbehaving toddler if you "violate" one, no matter how minor or unintentional the "infraction" is.

If you want to pay a LOT of money to feel like you're at home with Mom and Dad scolding you for every move you make, this is the place for you. The office staff is quite rude once they have your money.

The amenities are minimal (no microwave, no medicine cabinet in the bathroom), and the cheapest possible junk that breaks regularly.
