Review for The Pavilions At South Fork Apartments

The apartments are relatively nice and clean and the complex looks nice. However, the management is poor. They are very strict about rules and will attempt to find any way to take your security deposit when you move out. I had a friend here who had to sue the complex over money they tried to keep. Luckily he had photos from when he moved in and moved out showing that he had not damaged his apartment as the management claimed. FYI, I am NOT a bitter former resident, as I did not personally have a problem moving out. However, I spoke with numerous residents while there who all had issues with the management. They appear especially difficult if you have pets. Try somewhere else.
