Review for The Pavilions At South Fork Apartments

The owners of these apartments are shreud business operators. They will lie, cheat, as well as steal money from you when you leave. The cleaning fee when you leave is a big trick. They get you to pay for a cleaning service that charges you on top of the cleaning fee if your apartments actually needs cleaning. They charge extra unless it is already clean. Same for the carpet. We were charged for three cleaning for carpet because they claimed that they had to clean it three times because it was so dirty. We were charged for leaving two empty ice trays in the freezer.(I could not remember whether they came with the ice box or not so we left them) They charged us to store the items for a month.$50 They also claimed we left trash in the apartments....which I made sure there was no trash left behind. They charged us for taking there toilet plunger...because I could not remember if it was ours or not...I packed it. another %50. The mini blinds had a few bent blinds as I reported to the staff when moving in and they charged us for replacing one of them....said we broke there mini blinds. none were broken only bent.Whenever you move out make sure you get a bid from the cleaning crew as they will lie and say that the apartment was way dirtier than it was so filthy they had to charge an extra $100 to clean it. I used to clean houses for a living and this apartment was not that dirty when we left. It needed general cleaning but they charged us extra claiming that the apartment was filthy. My son lived in a two bedroom alone and had a maid that came in once a month to clean. With his job he was gone 2 weeks out of each month. He is very neat and tidy and his apartment was not filthy.
If my son had to do it over again he said he would not rent here and would never recommend it to anyone
