Apartment Reviews for Talavera Apartments
Reasonably priced apartments in an overpriced city

Have live here for three years. I am not going to give you a hyped up version. You will not find apartments in Santa Fe like these that the rent is reasonable, the space is satisfactorily descent. Believe me, I have searched before settling here and found other places with cramped living spaces for 100-200 dollars more or others that looked more like hotel rooms. Talavera apartments are satisfactorily good looking apartments.
Anyway, it has been peaceful and quiet here. The managing staff hears you out and works with you if there is a situation or issue. One thing for sure, that if these apartments go Section 8 or into affordable housing assistance, I will be out of here because if that happens, bad elements start moving in and you know the place goes to the dump because people who are handed things just do not care about taking care of their surroundings or others living around them.
Apartment living also can be either a good experience or bad by the people who live besides you.
Parking may sometimes be a problem especially in the weekends and you may have to park farther away from where you apartment is since it appears people seem to have visitors taking over those spaces. Also, to add that there is courtesy security who you may call if there is an issue. I have not had the need yet.
