Review for Towne Gardens Phase 2 Apartments

In the last 4 years I have lived here this place has become one of the worst places to live in the city. They do not maintain the property at all, they cut the grass only when it's to your knee caps and if you ever need something in your apartment fixed you can forget about it. The roof on my apartment has been needing replacement for almost a year now, when it leaks (which is everytime it rains, snows) they just place a plastic tarp on my roof!So the leak just moves from place to place within my apartment and continues to ruin my things, and I'd like to give a big shout out to HUD who continues to do nothing about it!
