this apartment complex is so close to everything yet very quiet and peaceful! wegmans, tops, boulevard mall, UB, 990, 290, Niagara Falls Blvd...its all so close, plus numerous good doctors and dentists are right around the corner. Sweet Home HS, MS, and Heritage Heights elementary are very close as well. we have had professionals living next to us as well as grad students from UB Dental.

you get free cable, plus they do a good job of clearing the snow and maintainence responds quickly to fix your problems, even if its very minor (thankfully the few issues we have had werent major). These apts vary in layout but are townhouse style apts and are relatively new.

we have never really had issues with any neighbors. it is across the street from the HS but we have never had any issues with students either. everyone seems to be very well behaved - its a definate plus coming from where we were previously!

trash is picked up every week. having a garage with a garage door opener is great in the winter! parking isnt bad and the lot is well maintained.

BONUS ALERT: there is a Tim Hortons right across the street!! The bike path and nice walking/biking areas are close by.

You cant go wrong here!
