Review for Village Court Garden Apartments

this place is horrible. when I moved in i found cat hair under the fridge and under the stove. so much that it filled my vacuum cleaner four times. there are a ton of feral cats roaming the grounds and alot of different places that they can get in the complex. just last week one of my neighbors got a knock on their door by the d bag super. he said does your bathroom smell? my neighbor said no. he said we want to check your bathroom. my neighbor let him in and to his suprise the super began taking down the drop cieling in the bathroom and making a huge mess in the bathtub. well scary story short, he pulled out a dead cat. and instead of putting it in a bag, he walked it out in front of my neighbors three year old daughter. traumatizing? ya think. when my neighbor asked howd did that cat get in and what are you going to do to stop it from happening again the super said, theres all types of places they could get in. very reassuring.

aside from that, most of the tenants seem like they are recovering drug addicts and are true white trash dirtbags. nice place. not.

I know exactly what apartment you are talking about. Yes the super did get a dead cat out of the bathroom ceiling. He didnt want to scare your little girl so he said the cat was ok but needed a vet. Thats why he walked it past her, high enough for her not to see it. Your apartment was perfect when you moved in. I know this because I inspected it. Maybe any cat hair found under your stove was from that poor stuck cat that managed to get stuck up there. Unfortunate we didnt know about it, we could have saved it. janet
