Review for Riverbay Corporation Apartments

Pros: 1) You still get the most for your dollars in terms of square foot, shopping malls, private security, etc.; 2) Private garbage removal; 3) community organizations; 4) lots and lots of greenery.

Cons: 1) Riverbay treat their shareholders like surfs living off the Manor; 2) Have to contact area manager to bring inspector to okay quick fixes which are part of the maintaince fee; 3) Maintenance eventually shows up and does shoddy work; 4) Maintenance looks like they are part of one family -- nepotism is rife. 5) New shareholders are allowed to make old shareholders uncomfortable with ridiculous anonymous calls that when investigation finds the complaint baseless the same shareholder can repeatedly continue harrassment without being checked. Again nepotism.

I am in the process of looking for a permanent place where it is safe, apartments are up to date, maintenance is qualified and take pride their work, and I have some distance from my neighbors.
