Review for Riverbay Corporation Apartments

Safety is fine, we have a security guard and cameras in the laundry and lobby so you will be able to see who comes and goes out, parking if you come early by 5.30 pm you may find a parking near your building but after that time u can park like 2 to 3 blocks and or pay parking which is another expense if you are poor like me, appereance is nice, office staff seemed like they they don't want to take your complaint or they don't want to understand what you are requesting, they seemed like a bunch of lazy people laying down, they need to work on that skill and be a little more helpful, this is a people's job for Chritst sake, (If you give a complaint cutting time like an hour before they leave the premises they will waste your time purposely and tell you that you need to call the next person to take the complaint, or they will put you in hold purposely to kill time or talk to you for a long while and kill time so they can tell later that you need to speak to the the next person on tour for the complaint so give your complaints early. the condition is good, they do not give too much heat so when the temp is 30 degree you'll feel the apartment cold, your will freeze when is 20 degree, and you better buy a heater and turn on your oven, and summer air conditioner if it is over 80 degree out side you will feel the air conditioner is not helping much.maitenance is clean, level of noise is fine. Aperence is fine. This is the truth
