Review for Parcjay Apts / Metropolitan Property Services Apartments

Hi,

I have been living in 1000 Ocean Parkway for nearly 2 years, first I would like to say there are roaches everywhere, in the elevator, in the laundry room, and even if you have your house spotless, they will still find their way in.
The office staff is horrendous, I have been hung up on at least 5 times and when I was able to leave a message I would never get a call back.
The worst part I would have to say is the elevator, which looks like it was made in the 1800's and breaks down every month, and it can take 3 days for them to get it fixed. An elderly lady was stuck in the elevator for 3 hours until the fire dept had to help her out.
The rugs on our hallway floor are all stained and there is a smell coming from them at times.

The only good thing I would have to say about the building is the door man/women who sit by the door every night aside for Thursday. They are really sweet and make me feel that the building is safe.

Overall, I would NOT recommend this building to anyone.
