I felt the need to review after reading the other negative reviews. I've been in my apartment for 8 months and am satisfied. Yes, they are old, but for what you are paying they are clean and relatively pleasant. The office staff has always been prompt on my requests and I never having a problem finding parking. The few negatives I've found are the noise upstairs, but thankfully they are respectful people and the condition of the basement. Laundry facilities are down there and it is very dirty and downright scary, lol. For me it's been just what I needed at an affordable price.
