Review for Williamsville Village Apartments

The outside of the apartment building features disgusting carports and balconies that are overflowing with mold. Each building has a basement that is always atleast 1-2 inches full of water which is where the storage units are so your belongings are always getting soaked. The office staff is terrible! There was one instance where my door wouldn't open because some mechanism in the knob broke so we had to jump over the balcony in order to get in the front door. I had a gigantic hole in the bathroom ceiling that was leaking for 5 months and everytime I called to have it fixed the propery manager, John, was completely rude and sarcastic. He treats the tenants like crap. The emergency hotline number is the same as the office number, which half the time is off. Not to mention, the rent increases every year to live here. This year it went up 30 dollars. Just trying to save all you apartment hunters a ton of hassle!! Avoid this place at all costs. The only thing it offers is a nice location to live.
